The knitted wire mesh demister, or also known as air eliminator, is a high effectiveness separation device often suited to vapor liquid separator ships to enhance the removal of liquid tiny droplets entrained in a gas or even vapor stream. Demisters can be a mesh type coalescer, vane pack or other framework intended to aggregate the mister system into droplets that are weighty enough to separate from the water vapor stream.
